WGF 6.35 % Senior Secured Mortgage Backed Security 2009/2014 (WKN WGFH04)
The fixed interest of 6.35 % p.a. is paid for the duration of term (2009 - 2014), half-yearly at 15 February and 15 August. The senior secured mortgage backed security will be repaid in full on 15 February 2014.
Rheinberg court approved an application to invest a trust fund in a WGF 6.35 % mortgage backed security 2009/2014 as per sections 1807 and 1811 of the German Civil Code. The security has been tradeable daily on the unofficial market of the Düsseldorf and Frankfurt stock exchanges since the loan was approved.
The public offer of the WGF 6.35 % mortgage backed security 2009/2014 ended on 11 December 2009.
