With our project FORTYFOUR, in Düsseldorf, we will fully redevelop a former office property from the 1970s. We prepare for a total clearing and replanning of the building, in order to offer top quality, up to date office space at an attractive location near Kennedydamm as from 2014.
Sustainability is important, for tenants as well as for the investor. Therefore the FORTYFOUR will be LEED-certified (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). We will realise an energy-efficient green-building, allowing very low operating costs for the tenants.
In order to make full use of the prominent location we are going to apply a thoroughly modern architecture. The renowned Milan architect and designer Antonio Citterio will take charge of the design. By means of this co-operation, WGF AG will meet the high architectural standards of commercial properties in Düsseldorf.
