Previous knowledge: Please note that we will not accept any stipulations obliging us to provide any previous knowledge within a specific period of time or the property/properties will be considered not known. Irrespective of whether a sales contract for any properties is reached or not, our company will not reimburse you for any expenses incurred on your part.
Terms and conditions: Due to the large number of offers we receive, we are unable to accept any general terms and conditions. Our company will only pay a commission on brokerage activities.
