Project4 has 4 competences: to verify, to invest, to develop and to realise. These are important milestones within the process chain of real estate value adding. We understand ourselves as “service developer”, that means, we develop real estate on behalf of investors, who will organise portfolio management and property rental independently.
PROJECT4 was founded 2012 in Düsseldorf and currently counts four employees.
