With its project development, that WGF AG established continiously since 2009, the company delivers concepts for exploitation of foundation soil, the planning of long-term usable properties and the execution of those real estate projects. Here, our Group company PROJECT4 acts as project developer and Ilse Bau und Planung GmbH as general contractor. New buildings as well as the transformation of old-fashioned existing buildings are being of interest. A typical example is the conversion of old office buildings in attractive hotel- or residential properties.
We operate to very high standards of customer care in our tenant management. We use asset management measures to increase the residential or utility value of our buildings. The results of this added-value strategy are a high level of customer satisfaction and increasing market values. We realise this added value through systematic sales of the buildings. We use these trade activities to serve the increase in demand for real estate as a low-fluctuating and comparatively high yielding asset investment.
Since 2004, several thousand investors have put their trust in this highly profitable non-bank form of investment. First-rate land collateralisations and other legal and statuary securities are decisive in ensuring the growing acceptance of WGF mortgage loans. Since 2009, investors have also been able to enjoy the benefits of profit participation rights in WGF AG. With a profit share of 8% of the nominal profit participation rights, they are included in the dynamic development of WGF AG.
