The WGF Finanzgruppe
WGF Finanzgruppe is an owner-run medium-sized association of companies that builds up, manages, develops and sells real estate in Germany. WGF AG acts as a real estate investor and broker under the name of WGF Finanzgruppe Holding GmbH as the parent company, as well as the issuer of WGF mortgage loans and profit-sharing rights.
The collaboration between WGF AG, its subsidiaries and sister companies is based on cost reimbursements. The annual dependency report provides information on the scope and terms of these services and transactions, as well as any services and payments by WGF AG for WGF Holding GmbH. It is checked by the auditors. There is no longer a profit transfer agreement between WGF AG and higher companies.* Group sister companies of WGF AG are no longer active in any forms of business that are in competition with WGF AG.
Currently the WGF Group has approximately 70 employees.
* This invalidates any information provided in securities brochures before September 2009 with regard to the controlling and profit transfer agreements. The intended dissolution of the agreement was completed retroactively for the calendar year 2009.
