From vacancy to full occupancy

From vacancy to full occupancy

In order to expand our offer quantitatively as well as qualitatively, we also operate with real estate transactions in an extremely promising area: the conversion of outdated buildings, such as commercial properties with a high level of emptiness, into budget and premium economy hotels and serviced apartments.

Suitable properties are examined for feasibility, acquired, and then altered following a conversion concept by our subsidiary, Ilse Bau und Planung GmbH. There are advantages both for the previous owner, who is able to sell an unprofitable property, and for the investor who, after the refurbishment, will have a completely renovated core investment that can be rented for the long term.

Plus the region will also benefit from the existing building fabric that once required refurbishment now being filled with new life thanks to a well-planned concept. WGF's hotel development makes an important contribution to the lasting development of the area and city. In a current project, the Elb-Hof, a largely vacant office building in Frankfurt's railway district, is being converted into a Holiday Inn Express hotel.

Do contact us if you have any questions concerning hotel developments, or own a suitable property. The telephone number is at the top right.
