Suitable properties are examined for feasibility, acquired, and then altered following a conversion concept by our subsidiary, Ilse Bau und Planung GmbH. There are advantages both for the previous owner, who is able to sell an unprofitable property, and for the investor who, after the refurbishment, will have a completely renovated core investment that can be rented for the long term.

WGF's hotel development makes an important contribution to the lasting development of the area and city. In a current project, the Elb-Hof, a largely vacant office building in Frankfurt's railway district, is being converted into a Holiday Inn Express hotel.
