The real estate acquisition is based on a joint venture concept instead of the usual creditor association. First of all, there is a much lower requirement for financing from the venture partner. That is because less capital is required for financing using the WGF RealWertPlus programme.
Interest and charges structure are agreed individually for each project. The joint venture partners also participate in the revenue from the current investment, which greatly increases the attraction of the project.
The expected volume of real estate investments is between €10 million and €100 million per joint venture.
