WGF AG´s property portfolio is spread all over Germany. During the first years after foundation in 2003 we were focussed on North-Rhine Westphalia. Today we own and manage properties in almost all German federal states.

Whether as owner or as property manager, WGF AG and its team of specialists are a committed partner to our tenants.

WGF AG´s tenants are supported from our Düsseldorf head office by WGF Asset Management GmbH. Our sister company is responsible for new tenancies and procedures from all current tenancies. At some locations we are cooperating with trustworthy companies, such as ALT & KELBER, who will care for the needs of the tenants on our behalf.

Most of our commercial locations and some of our residential properties are being attended to by ALBA Unternehmensgruppe, the leading company in facility management in Germany. Some properties will be handled by local facility professionals.
